Giants 41, Vikings 0

The most lopsided game in the series and the worst home loss of the Denny Green era. Kerry Collins threw for 381 yards and five touchdowns as the Giants advanced to Super Bowl XXXV, where they lost to the Baltimore Ravens.

Dec 24, 2022Regular season, Week 16 · U.S. Bank Stadium

Vikings 27, Giants 24

Minnesota trailed for most of the game before rallying, and kicker Greg Joseph won it with a 61-yard field goal as time expired — the longest game-winning field goal in NFL history at the time. The win moved the Vikings to 12-3 on their way to a 13-4 finish and an NFC North title.
